This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Havencraft.org (“Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. Processing and Handling
1.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3 We reserve the right to delay shipments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or high order volume.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
2.1 Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.2 Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days.

International: 7–21 business days, subject to the destination country.
2.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Havencraft is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Coverage
3.1 We currently ship to Australia and select international destinations.

4. Tracking and Confirmation
4.1 Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
4.2 Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
5.1 International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
5.2 Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
5.3 Havencraft is not liable for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
6. Risk of Loss and Damaged Goods
6.1 Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
6.2 Havencraft is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
6.3 Customers must notify Havencraft within 7 days of receipt of any damaged or defective items by providing photographs and order details to kaydencalvisi52@gmail.com.
